Debbie Tegart, Managing Partner

Debbie is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a Certified Business Analyst. She has been a part of numerous project teams and has played a significant role in corporate and public, highly interactive applications and websites. She has worked with both profit and nonprofit associations.

Her PASSION is in the human side of technology and in collaboration. Making your teams truly collaborate and not just go through the motions on a tool that they are supposed to be using is her personal mission. She strongly believes in using social tools in the work place to connect disconnected teams, to gather the skillsets and knowledge of employees and to share information in a personalized way. After all, you know the person in the cube next to you, why not the person on your team that is out of the country or working at home? Bringing teams into a truly collaborative culture is where she would like to guide you!

Mike Tegart, Partner

Mike is a 2000 and 2003 MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) with over 25 years of Information Technology Experience. Mike brings a wealth of large enterprise experience, knowledge and process execution. He is an effective communicator as well who possesses analytical skills and an ability to listen to the client to receive all pertinent input.

Mike's passion is technology but making sure that it works for you and is not just a bunch of blinking lights! He will work with your organization to analyze the technology needs, after the business needs and solutions are discovered and agreed on.
